This year, we celebrate our ten-year anniversary, a milestone that we are most grateful for and very proud of. It has been a wonderful journey with many beautiful moments along the way. As we reflect upon the past, we realize the most important part of our organization has been our members and the DMF community. Our programs are centered around recreational music making and the transformative benefits of music and not about perfection and mastery - although we do have some excellent musicians here! We also emphasize acceptance and respect, well-being and joy.
As we look ahead we are excited for what the future holds for DMF – our members, our programs and our community and we look forward to changing even more lives through music.
